    Steven Totman
    Global Financial Services Lead, Cloudera

    Steven Totman is the financial services industry lead for Cloudera’s Field Technology Office, where he helps companies monetize their big data assets using Cloudera’s Enterprise Data Hub. Prior to Cloudera, Steve ran strategy for a mainframe-to-Hadoop company and drove product strategy at IBM for DataStage and Information Server after joining with the Ascential acquisition. He architected IBM’s Infosphere product suite and led the design and creation of governance and metadata products like Business Glossary and Metadata Workbench. Steve holds several patents for data-integration and governance/metadata-related designs.

    Co-Founder & CSO

    Joseph M. Hellerstein is the Jim Gray Professor of Computer Science at the University of California, Berkeley, whose work focuses on data-centric systems and the way they drive computing. He is an ACM Fellow, an Alfred P. Sloan Research Fellow and the recipient of three ACM-SIGMOD "Test of Time" awards for his research. In 2010, Fortune Magazine included him in their list of 50 smartest people in technology , and MIT’s Technology Review magazine included his work on their TR10 list of the 10 technologies "most likely to change our world".

    Hellerstein is the co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Trifacta, a software vendor providing intelligent interactive solutions to the messy problem of wrangling data. He serves on the technical advisory boards of a number of computing and Internet companies including EMC, SurveyMonkey, Captricity, and Dato, and previously served as the Director of Intel Research, Berkeley.

    Data Science Practice , Data Robot

    Greg Michaelson is VP and General Manager of Banking at DataRobot, working with banking clients to accelerate their use of AI and machine learning. He also leads DataRobot Labs, the professional services team at DataRobot. Prior to joining DataRobot, Greg led modeling teams at Travelers and Regions Financial, focusing on pricing and risk modeling. He earned his Ph.D. in applied statistics from the Culverhouse College of Business Administration at the University of Alabama. Greg lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife and four children and their pet tarantula.
